Onmobile , A take over candidate target 340 +

Onmobile is India's Biggest player in Mobile , media (VAS , DATA Service) & The News From our Source is that ADAG Group is the Process to Take over On-mobile at a Price Close to 340

On-Mobile EQ is trading at 287.5 & there is an upside potential of 20-30% if this deal Happens & the Good news is that the news Has not Hit the market yet.

Lets take a Bet & Buy tmro July 13th @ open above 287.5 in Cash market for a Probable target 298-302 For the day with sl at 285 , On-mobile has resistance around 303-304 , Breaks this level then for sure the Deal target 340 + will come very soon.

KOTAKBANK ( Has the Acquisition failed? )

Kotak was in talks with Citi financial & we have taken a buy call last week at 760 hits 790 , But further upmove depends on the news & it looks like the Acquisition is failed and hence we Go short in Kotak around 770 levels

Once it breaks 736 Real Panic Will start & stock can crack upto 725-710 levels.

PNB , SCI , MPHASIS (Techically weak )

Bears rampage for these 3 counters this week , no big news announced yet , may be it can come anytime this week ? or some one knows something ?

PNB Once breaks 993-992 ,stock can crack upto 760-770 levels
MPHASIS ,breaks 641 unexpected free fall upto 630-620 levels in panic
SCI , With volume once breaks 162 levels can crack upto 158-155 levels today

Result update :

* Kotak Mahindra Bank Q4 net up 99%

Kotak Bank should move towards 810-815 levels today & all shorts should cover up , buy at dips today around 754-760 levels ,once it breaks 782 mark should fly to hit 815 this week

Dabur india ltd (Wrong news operation going on ) go short target 170-165

***Few days back , some News of Dabur Acquiring Paras Pharma came out & Also Actis (Pvt EQ fund) to Quit Holdings in Paras Pharma

***Dabur moved up straight from 180 to 190 when the entire maket weak.

***Now Paras pharma denied that Actis selling their holding !

Now what can happen to this stock ??????

Just sell DABUR around 183-185 sl at 187 . Any panic sell off at open and stock breaks 174 level can crack to kiss 170-167 for the day ,weak closing for a couple of days can take it to 164-162 this week itself.

In the lower end Nifty ,when we hit the Upper Circuit needs to fill the gap formed 22/5/2009 at 4000-3750 levels & today's date is 6/5/2010 so what can happen in the next 10 days we need to watch closely & good money can be made by shorts for sure

Very important Supports for the market are 5050 / 4670

Keep an eye on the following Nifty put options

***4600 May put cmp 11
***4300 May put cmp 2.3
***3500 June put cmp 3
***4000 June put cmp 7.5

These can turn out to be a life time JACK POT if Nifty breaks 4670 ,target 3750

4670 is a long way to go is it ? if it needs to be there it will come in few days before we realize it.
